I cooked dinner!
Yay! I prepared and cooked all of them! Do u believe it? except for the starting of the stove.. I dont dare to turn, asked my Lao Pa for help.
Frying the fish is challenging for me.. I hate the pipping of oil. Luckily I follow my mother's instruction to paint corn starch all over the fish before putting it in hot oil with small fire. It really reduces the amount of pipping and smoke.
My Favourite dish today is the brinjal! It smell and taste the best. Haha..
